Ashley Williams, the former Systems Alliance Marine-turned-Spectre and one of the original party members from Mass Effect, now rendered in a teeny tiny 14 x 20 pixel resolution based on her ME3 Spectre Uniform.
I’m not sure exactly what her odd neckline thing is, but I’m fairly certain it isn’t very functional as a piece of armour. Then again, this is also a universe with space jellyfish, evil mechanical leafbugs and assassin cucumbers, so what does it matter ?
Kaiden Alenko, a Systems Alliance Marine and one of the original squad members from Mass Effect, now rendered in a teeny tiny 14 x 20 pixel resolution based on his new ME3 look. Looks pretty good for a guy who had his face mashed in by a robo-lady.
Javik, the thoroughly ancient Prothean “Avatar of Vengeance” and possibly the last surviving member of his species, now rendered in a tiny 18 x 23 pixel size.
Forgive him if he does seem a little bit cranky, he has been asleep for 50,000 years after all.
A Marauder, a former Turian that has been turned into a cybernetically enhanced mutant monstrosity by the Reapers, now rendered in a tiny 18 x 24 pixel resolution.
Although there are many of them, there is one in particular who died for the noblest of goals. His name….was Marauder Shields.
A Hanar, a member of an intensely polite race of space-jellyfish from the “Mass Effect” universe, now given a very tiny 17 x 24 pixel rendering.
I’m calling it now : these guys are going to be part of the next big “Multiplayer Update”. Can you imagine that ? Wielding three guns at a time would make things very interesting…
Thane Krios, the highly skilled Drell assassin and member of the “Suicide Mission” from Mass Effect 2, now rendered in an updated 14 x 20 miniature pixel style.
Cool as a cucumber. And looks like one too. Minus the pink bits and the coat, obviously.
An ATLAS mech, the heavily armed and heavily armoured frontline “Boss” unit frequently encountered throughout Mass Effect 3, now shrunk down to a highly detailed yet amazingly small 27 x 28 pixel resolution.
A word of advice for multiplayer - attack it from behind, and use that new Krysae Sniper Rifle when the shields are down. It’ll rip it to shreds in seconds, even on “Gold” difficulty.
